Visible Music College is a member of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS)  and was awarded Reaffirmation I of its accredited status as a Category II institution by the TRACS Accreditation Commission on April 29, 2014. This status is effective for a period of ten years.

AACRAO is a nonprofit, voluntary, professional association of more than 10,000 higher education admissions and registration professionals who represent more than 2,600 institutions and agencies in the United States and in 28 countries around the world.

The mission of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers is to serve and advance higher education by providing leadership in academic and enrollment services.

Visible Music College is authorized for operation as a postsecondary educational institution by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (https://www.tn.gov/thec). Visible Music College is also authorized for operation as a postsecondary educational institution by the Illinois Board of Higher Education (https://www.ibhe.org/) the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (http://www.thecb.state.tx.us)  and the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (http://bppe.ca.gov).

Transfer Credits

Credits earned at Visible Music College may not transfer to another educational institution. Credits earned at another educational institution may not be accepted by Visible Music College. You should obtain confirmation that Visible Music College will accept any credits you have earned at another educational institution before you execute an enrollment contract or agreement. You should also contact any educational institutions that you many want to transfer credits earned at Visible Music College to determine if such institutions will accept credits earned at Visible Music College prior to executing an enrollment contract or agreement.

School Agreements

Articulation Agreements

Visible Music College looks to develop educational partnerships, or what are known as articulation agreements within higher education, with both accredited and non-accredited institutions. We see this as an opportunity for both our own college and the partner institutions. We currently have these articulation agreements:

Accredited Institutions:
- Johnson University – Agreement for the transfer of credits.
- Belhaven University – Agreement for the transfer of credits and matriculation into Belhaven’s graduate programs.
- Vincennes University – Agreement for the transfer of credits between Vincennes’ Music Department and Visible Music College’s Modern Music Department.
- Ohio Christian University – Agreement for the transfer of credits and matriculation into Ohio Christian’s graduate programs.

Non-Accredited Institutions:
- Ocean’s Edge School of Worship – Can receive up to 30 credit hours toward one of our degrees.
- Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry – Can receive up to 18 credit hours toward one of our degrees.
- Nicolet Bible College – Can receive up to 24 credit hours toward one of our degrees.
