Visible Music College is a member of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) and was awarded Reaffirmation (II) of its accredited status as a Category III institution by the TRACS Accreditation Commission on April 23, 2024. This status is effective for three years as of July 1, 2024 and is valid through June 30, 2027. Visible Music College was placed on Probation by the TRACS Accreditation Commission on April 23, 2024. This Probation status is for one year and will be reviewed by the Accreditation Commission at its April 2025 meeting.

Visible Music College looks to develop educational partnerships, or what are known as articulation agreements within higher education, with both accredited and non-accredited institutions. We see this as an opportunity for both our own college and the partner institutions. We currently have these articulation agreements:
Accredited Institutions:
- Johnson University – Agreement for the transfer of credits.
- Belhaven University – Agreement for the transfer of credits and matriculation into Belhaven’s graduate programs.
- Vincennes University – Agreement for the transfer of credits between Vincennes’ Music Department and Visible Music College’s Modern Music Department.
- Ohio Christian University – Agreement for the transfer of credits and matriculation into Ohio Christian’s graduate programs.
Non-Accredited Institutions:
- Ocean’s Edge School of Worship – Can receive up to 30 credit hours toward one of our degrees.
- Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry – Can receive up to 18 credit hours toward one of our degrees.
- Nicolet Bible College – Can receive up to 24 credit hours toward one of our degrees.
