Each semester our three departments, Modern Music Ministry (MMM), Music Business Ministry (MBM), and Media Production Ministry (MPM), work together in a “mini-music-industry” to collaborate on a  music project called Semester Sounds. This is a unique hands-on educational experience where music business students, producers, songwriters and musicians work together to create a full length project. This year our students are working on a collaboration for a “best of” 2009-2010 Semester Sounds including songs from our songwriters and ensemble rotation bands. Producers in our MPM department are also working with songwriters and MMM musicians to produce original tunes. The release date is scheduled for May 15th 2010 which just so happens to be graduation day for the Viz Kids, so come on down and pick one up, or order one online here!
